Typographical Errors
In the event that a Grand Alpaca Company product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Grand Alpaca Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Grand Alpaca Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Grand Alpaca Company shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Impersonation of others, including a Grand Alpaca Company or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. Shipping & Returns
Shipping Standard Shipping and Handling fees are based on total order amount:
Shipping will be based on Fed Ex, UPS or USPS charges plus handling charges and will be added to the invoice total. Special note: Heavier items such as blankets may be charged for S&H based on actual charges plus $5. Shipping will be adjusted downward for lighter items shipped via USPS. Our staff will make every effort to arrange for the most reasonable shipping. Our preferred shipping method is via USPS ground. For other shipping arrangements, contact the GRAND ALPACA COMPANY office. GRAND ALPACA COMPANY reserves the right to revise shipping charges as needed.
Returns
Wholesale sales can only be returned for defective items. Please contact the office. If defective merchandise was received, it will be exchanged for a like item. If like items are currently sold out, a credit will be applied to your account.
Clearance, sale or discontinued items may not be returned to GRAND ALPACA COMPANY and are considered sold “as is”.
Return Procedure: No refunds or credits will be made for returned products unless customer follows this procedure.
1. Customers wishing to return a product must call the office and speak with office staff.
2. Customers will have to explain the reason for return and give information about the returned product and contact information.
